FAST AND CONVENIENT

When you place an order on Betty's Best Wholesale StripHair website, you will be able to pay by credit card or PayPal, and complete the order in 1 step. Your customer information is on record for fast and easy re-ordering.

You can use the Contact form to ask a question prior to placing an order. We will respond by email. 

ORDER NOTES

There is an Order Notes field prior to the order checkout where you can write us a message of any length with a question, a request, or just to say "Hello". 

SHIPPING AND COST

Select the shipping method you prefer and you will be able to see the shipping charges prior to completing the order. Some international regions only show 1 shipping method due to added import fees or delivery issues of that country. You are welcome to contact us if you have questions. 

TRACKING

Yes, we will include a tracking number in your order confirmation email.  

 

UNITED STATES Shipping and Delivery

Betty’s Best uses two shipping carriers for US domestic: UPS ground delivery for economy, and USPS Priority for speed plus economy (vs UPS air).

We typically ship within 12-24 hours, and you can expect your order within 2-5 business days within the US, depending on the shipping method you choose. 

Note: Please provide the correct shipping address based on the delivery option chosen. 

 

INTERNATIONAL Shipping and Delivery

We ship to most locations around the globe. 

International delivery times: packages typically arrive in 3-7 days for UPS and 6-12 business days for USPS, depending on the carrier you choose and the distance from the US. A tracking number is included in a confirmation email following your purchase.  

Import responsibility: If you are new to international purchasing, know that it is the responsibility of the recipient—the person who placed the order—to pay tax and import fees and be available to accept the package. Shipping charges are not refundable if the package is rejected by the recipient or if the package is unclaimed.

Import taxes & fees: International customs fees will apply.  See your local customs authority website for Value Added Tax or Goods and Services Tax rates and customs fees. Betty's Best and StripHair brand products are sourced and manufactured in the United States of America. The US is stated as country of Origin on the commercial invoice that accompanies each shipment for import documentation and valuation. We include a copy of the Free Trade Agreement with each shipment to countries where it applies to lower receiver import costs.
